Sales and Processing Administrator (Windows and Doors)
Job Summary
We are searching for a superstar! Can you juggle several things at once? Are you unafraid to pick up the phone? Are you great with numbers and detail? Experience of windows, doors or construction? Then we would love to hear from you!
Crown is a family run independent conservatories, windows and doors company with a great reputation based in Milton Keynes.
We would love to find someone with relevant industry experience but will consider outstanding applicants with strong administration or sales support experience.
You will be working alongside individuals with years of relevant experience who will be on hand to support you and assist you with training and development.
Working Hours
Working days would be Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, plus every other Saturday from 09:00 – 14:00 which are required on site, due to the nature of the business.
Pay
Salary will range between £22,000 to £25,000 per year. Salary negotiable for exceptional candidates with significant industry experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties will include:
- Following up on outstanding quotes via telephone
- Producing quotations for customers and sending these via email
- Liaising with customers face to face about on-going orders
- Understanding guttering, trims, soffit and fascia department
- Undertake training on our products
- Logging details on our CRM
- Understanding the customer journey from start to finish
- Knowledge of window or door building softwares would be fantastic.
Qualifications and Skills
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
